Selling as a property investment
At Homesure we specialise in selling properties with tenants already in place. Unlike other agents who require vacant possession we are more than happy to put in the extra effort involved in marketing the property as an investment and negotiating new tenancy terms with the new owners.
This involves additional marketing activities to our extensive investor database. These clients are much more likely to buy a property that already has a tenant in place as opposed to an empty property that they will need to spend time and money marketing and getting ready for a tenant. Our knowledge of the lettings market gives us a competitive advantage when marketing investment property.

Selling only
Homesure will market a property for sale while it is occupied by the owners or remains empty. We deal with all marketing and negotiations on your behalf to ensure you get the best price for your property. Your own personal Property Manager will keep you updated throughout the process.

Rent until sold
This service is perfect if you have had your property on the market and it has not sold. If you have moved on to your new property Homesure can let your property while it still remains on the sales market - we do not even need to be the sales agent, we are happy to work with other companies to achieve your goals. This ensures you get an income until the property sells and avoids it being empty for long periods of time. Once you find a buyer, Homesure handle all of the negotiations with the tenant to ensure vacant possession for the new owner. We specially prepare our tenancy agreements to ensure you can get your property back when required.

Advertise only
Homesure prepare a schedule and advertise your property on Rightmove.co.uk , the UK's leading property portal. We will then pass on any leads to the seller, who can arrange viewings and deal with all negotiations. This service is ideal when the seller has the time and confidence to negotiate and conclude a sale.
