Property Management is our core business and we look after many types of clients - single property investors, accidental landlords and large portfolio clients. FULL MANAGEMENT
This is our most popular service with landlords. Homesure take care of all aspects of property management on your behalf. We know landlords like to get involved at different levels with their rental properties so we offer 3 different packages to suit all clients. All levels take care of the properties on a 24/7 basis, giving landlords the reassurance that their proprieties are being managed on a day-to-day basis and they will not need to deal with emergencies. The pricing and breakdown of exactly what is included is shown in our Company Information Pack, but below is an outline of the 3 levels:
- Professional Elite - For serious professional landlords and investors.
- Professional - Our standard fully managed service packed full of products and services.
- Basic - For more cost sensitive landlords or who wish to be involved in the management of their property.
TENANT FINDING SERVICE
The Tenant Finding Service is for more experienced landlord who has the free time and expertise to effectively deal with their tenancies. Homesure will market your property, select a suitable tenant and prepare all tenancy documentation to ensure you have a secure, legal tenancy. The tenancy is then passed over to the landlord to manage as they see fit. Homesure offers two main Tenant finding products:
Professional
This is the comprehensive package that includes everything you need as a landlord to start off your tenancy. Homesure will carry out an in-depth Inventory & Schedule of Condition / Repairing Standard Inspection and set up your deposit with the custodial scheme on your behalf. Homesure will also prepare initial personalised welcome letters on your behalf for the tenant so that the relationship starts off in the best way possible.
Basic
This package is for landlords who wish just require a basic tenant finding service and are happy to carry out additional activities themselves. The landlord can then conduct their own Inventory & Schedule of Condition, Repairing Standard Inspection and make their own deposit arrangements.
