Every month Scott and his team dedicate one day a month to operating a property focused drop-in service for local landlords, tenants and investors. These 12 hour sessions (8am to 8pm) prove very popular and always throw up some interesting issues! These drop-in sessions are free and open to anyone. Some of the people who benefit from this service:
- Tenants who have issues with their current landlord
- Potential tenants who would like to know more about renting
- Landlords who are unhappy with their current agent
- Landlords with problem tenants
- Anyone interested in property investment
- Competitors pretending to be landlords (this happens every month!)

Scott Weir - Property Doctor
Scott Weir has been a landlord since the age of 16 and has many years experience in the fields of property management and investment. Having built up a portfolio of 10 properties by the age of 21 Scott went on to work for several letting agents and investment companies before establishing Homesure in 2005.
Many years of being a landlord, letting agent and professional investor has given him a unique insight into all things property related - and if there is something he doesn't know, you can be guaranteed one of his team does!
